From payment to rank achieved — how it works
The moment your payment clears, your boosting order is created and appears in your personal dashboard. There is no waiting for a confirmation email and no support ticket to open — the order page is live immediately, showing your game, service, rank range and current status.
A verified professional booster then accepts your order. From that point the dashboard shows who is playing for you, and the private order chat opens — most customers use it to agree on schedules, request specific playstyles, or simply follow along as the sessions happen.
While the boost is in progress, the activity feed records every meaningful step, and the order status always tells you the truth about where things stand. If you play on the account between sessions, you can coordinate that in chat too.
When your target rank is reached, the order flips to complete — your account is where you paid for it to be. Leave a review, rehire the same booster for your next climb, or cash in the loyalty rewards the order earned you.
What each order status means
Your order carries exactly one status at a time, shown as a colour-coded badge in the sticky header of the order page. These are the statuses a customer can see.

| Suspended | The order is on hold on our side. Support can tell you why — the live chat is open 24/7. |
| Complete | The rank you paid for was reached and the order is closed. A review prompt appears on the order page, and you can send your booster a tip. |
| Unpaid | Payment has not gone through yet. The order page shows an “Awaiting Payment” card instead of the order body, and the chat stays closed until the payment clears. |

The order page is not a status line — it is the whole working surface of your boost. Everything below is on the page you get after payment.
Live status and a lifecycle calendar
A colour-coded status badge sits in the sticky header next to your order number, game and price. Below it, a compact order-lifecycle calendar marks the start date, the active days, the estimated finish and today.
A countdown to the estimated finish
When your order has a deadline and boosting is under way, the page counts down the remaining days, hours and minutes — so you never have to ask how much longer it will be.
An activity timeline
A collapsible feed records the moments that matter to you: order created, booster assigned, locked in, rules accepted, settings changed, paused, completed.
Private chat with your booster
Real-time messaging with the person playing your order — no refreshing, no ticket queue. Attach screenshots as PNG or JPG, use emoji, and switch on email or sound notifications so you catch replies while you are away.
See when your booster is online
The booster card carries a live online indicator and their last-active time, plus a Ping Booster button for when you want to nudge them.
Pause and continue on your terms
Need the account back for an evening? Pause the order from the Actions menu and continue it when you are done. Boosting stops and restarts with the switch.
Your booster’s public profile
Open the profile of the pro on your order to see their games, languages, completed orders and the feedback customers left them. If they also coach, you can book coaching from the same card.
Login details, handled properly
You provide your in-game name, region and login through a dedicated form on the order page. Credentials travel over 256-bit SSL, are stored encrypted, and are deleted once the order is finished.
Every option you paid for, listed
An Options panel confirms exactly what is active on the order — VPN protection, offline appearance, priority handling, coaching and the rest — so there is never a question about what you bought.
Add to the order mid-flight
While the boost is in progress, a Modify Order card lets you add extras or change options without starting a second order.
Tip and review at the finish
When the order completes you can send your booster a tip, and leave a review either on Trustpilot or on our own site.

How long a boost actually takes
These are median turnaround times measured on completed, paid orders in our own database — not estimates and not marketing round numbers. Turnaround scales with the size of the climb, so read them as the middle of a range rather than a promise.

How your account is protected while someone else plays
Account safety is the reason most people hesitate before ordering, so here is what the platform actually does.
VPN protection on every order
Boosters connect through premium VPN servers matched to your region, at no extra cost. On solo-queue orders it is automatic; on duo-queue orders you choose whether your booster uses one. The order page shows VPN Protection as Active on the orders it applies to.
Signed confidentiality agreements
Every booster signs a non-disclosure agreement before being granted access to any customer account.
No cheats, no scripts
Hacks, cheats, scripts and third-party tools are strictly prohibited, and a booster caught using them is removed from the team immediately. Your rank is won by a better player, not by software.
Credentials treated as credentials
Login data moves over 256-bit SSL encryption, is stored encrypted, and is deleted after the order is complete. Only the booster assigned to your order can see it.
Refunds with real rules
Not started yet: full refund. Partly done: a refund for the portion not performed. Banned because of our boosting: full refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
Pay on the platform, stay covered
Refunds, order tracking and support apply only to orders placed and paid on BuyBoosting. Never pay a booster directly — an off-platform payment sits outside every protection above.
What a completed order earns you
Every paid order counts towards a permanent loyalty tier and pays cashback in Boost Coins. One Boost Coin is worth €1 off a future order, and coins never expire.

Whichever threshold you cross first is the one that counts, and a tier you reach is yours for good. Account-marketplace purchases are the one exception — they do not earn loyalty coins.

How do I track my boosting order?
After payment you get access to your personal dashboard. Your order appears there with a live status (waiting, in progress, complete), a stage-by-stage journey, an activity feed and a direct chat with your booster. This page is an interactive walkthrough of exactly that experience.
Can I talk to the booster working on my order?
Yes. Every order has a private chat where you can message your booster directly — discuss schedules, preferred playstyles or champions, and get updates as they play.
Do I need to install anything to use the dashboard?
No. The dashboard is a web app that runs in any modern browser, on desktop and mobile. You log in with your BuyBoosting account and everything is there.
Is the demo on this page real?
The walkthrough above is an interactive replica of the real customer dashboard, following the shape of a real completed order (Hearthstone, Diamond 4 to Legend). The design, stages, chat and activity feed match what you get after purchase.
What happens right after I pay?
Your order is created instantly and appears in your dashboard as "waiting for booster". A verified pro accepts it — usually within hours — and from that moment you can chat with them and follow every session until your rank is reached.
Is my account safe during a boost?
Boosters play with VPN protection matched to your region and follow strict account-safety rules. Payments, refunds and our completion guarantee only apply to orders placed and paid on BuyBoosting — never pay a booster directly.
Which games does the dashboard cover?
All 16 supported games — including LoL, Val, CS2, Dota 2, Rocket League and Hearthstone — use the same dashboard, order tracking and chat experience.
How does game boosting actually work?
You pick your game, service and rank range, pay, and the order appears in your dashboard straight away. A verified booster who has genuinely reached that rank accepts it and plays on your account — through a VPN matched to your region — until the target you paid for is reached. You follow every step from the order page: status, activity timeline and a direct chat with the booster. When the target is hit the order closes and the account is entirely yours again.
How long will my boost take?
It depends on the game and the size of the climb. Measured on completed paid orders in our own database as of 18 July 2026, the median turnaround was roughly 7 hours for Rocket League and Hearthstone, about a day for LoL and Overwatch, about two days for CS2, and about two and a half days for Rainbow Six Siege. The table on this page lists every game we have enough completed orders to measure.
Can I pause my order, or play on my account during the boost?
Yes. You can pause an order yourself from the Actions menu on the order page and continue it whenever you are ready — boosting stops and restarts with the switch. If you want to play between sessions, say so in the order chat so you and your booster are not logging in at the same time.
What if my booster goes quiet?
The order page has a Ping Booster button that notifies them directly. If that does not get a reply, support is available 24/7 through the live chat bubble on the site or our Discord, and you can pause the order while it gets sorted out.
Do I have to hand over my account details?
For most services yes — the booster has to log in to play. The order page has a dedicated form for your in-game name, region and login, and you will be asked to switch two-factor authentication off for the duration. Credentials move over 256-bit SSL, are stored encrypted, are visible only to your assigned booster, and are deleted once the order completes. If you would rather not share an account at all, duo-queue services let the booster play alongside you instead.
Will anyone find out I used a boosting service?
Boosters sign a non-disclosure agreement before they are given access to any account, connect through a VPN matched to your region, and can keep your account appearing offline where the game supports it. Nothing about your order is public.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on defined terms. If the order has not started you get a full refund. If it is partly done you are refunded for the portion that was not performed. If an account is banned because of our boosting, the refund is full. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, and they cover orders paid on BuyBoosting only.
How do I know the booster is any good?
Every booster has a public profile listing the games they play, the languages they speak, how many orders they have completed and the feedback customers left them — and you can open your booster’s profile directly from the order page. Across the platform, 4,686 verified customer reviews average 4.9 out of 5.
What are Boost Coins?
Boost Coins are the cashback you earn on paid orders once you reach a loyalty tier — between 3% and 10% depending on the tier. One coin is worth €1 off a future order, coins never expire, and a tier you unlock stays unlocked for good. Account-marketplace purchases are the exception and do not earn coins.
Can I tip my booster?
Yes. When an order completes, a Tip Booster button appears in the order chat. Tips are entirely optional and go to the person who did the work.
Where do I find my invoice?
Invoices live on your profile page in the dashboard rather than on the individual order page. Every paid order has a downloadable PDF.
Does the dashboard show my live rank or LP?
No, and we would rather say so than imply a feature that is not there. The order page shows your order — status, activity timeline, chat, the options you paid for and the estimated finish. Live rank, LP or MMR tracking and match history are not part of it.
